I want to know more about your breakfast sandwiches. How are you doing the eggs?

I blend about a dozen or so with a little milk, then scoop 1/4 cup out into a very small cast iron skillet and make a mini omelette. The eggs are the last thing I do. My steps go like this:
1. Fry sausage patties. I do this in a cast iron skillet and it requires at least two batches (especially since some are turkey patties and some are veggie).
2. While patties are frying, toast English Muffins. (I have a toaster oven, so I can do at least two full muffins at a time.)
3. Set up assembly line. (Plate of toasted muffins, plate of sausage patties, cheese slices, plate for finished product.)
4. Beat eggs and fry small omelettes (one-by-one). As each omelette is complete, assemble one sandwich while next omelette is cooking.
